Twenty partners. One long-term thesis.
Elite Mutual Investment LLC is a member-based investment company with a fixed 20-member General Assembly, governed by an Executing Team and six operating departments. Since 2016 we have moved from a single rental house in Arlington to a diversified holding of rentals, rehabs, agricultural and commercial land, and multifamily partnerships.
Our primary purpose is to invest the assets of the partnership in real estate. Our secondary purpose is a measured allocation to publicly traded equities, gold, long-term government bonds, land, digital assets and select private company ownership.
